What it is all about?
VCW 2005^SM is a user friendly hassle free system. Carwash owners do not need to dial up anymore or physically present at the location to review, print reports and manage fleet accounts, etc. With VCW 2005^SM the carwash system is now reachable at a single click. Whether it is a single or multiple carwash locations, VCW 2005^SM suite integrates all to a single entity.

VCW 2005^SM helps carwash customers to open account in real time. They can buy and manage their carwash codes or even send some one a gift wash code sitting from home. Fleet account users can access, update, purchase or add value to their wash codes, obtain up-to-date reports in real time via the web.

When a carwash owners have multiple locations, VCW 2005^SM multiple suite gives the customers the privilege to use the same wash code at any of the locations.

The two interfaces
Both the VCW 2005^SM Single and VCW 2005^SM Multiple suits have two interfaces:

• The front end which is open to the public and

• The back end maintained by the carwash owners

Public Interface:
At the public interface carwash customers/users register themselves by opening a free account. This account is managed by a login name and a password for that user.

There are two types of customer accounts. Single User and Multiple User.

Single user account allows users to buy and maintain only one wash code where as Multiple User account allows users to maintain any number of wash codes that they wish to buy and maintain.

Once the account is active the user is allowed to:

• Buy carwash code for any desired amount.

• Add value to existing carwash code(s).

• Buy gift carwash code.

• Control the carwash usage for a code such as define the spending limit, allow carwash devices to use, schedule carwash days etc.

• Monitor and view current balance, get a usage report.

• Avail promotions

• Signup for auto-billing, such that if balance goes below a limit the credit card on-file will be charged for a certain amount.

Owner Interface:
Here the carwash owner gets the options to monitor and manage the Carwash system. The owner interface is also managed by a login name and a password. At the time of setup the owner gets this login name, the password and a secret link.

Once the owner interface is active, the owner can:

• View site and device specific income reports (both cash and credit)

• Manage Fleet Account (regular and Promotional)

• Site specific Device Diagnostics

System Security
VCW 2005^SM works through 128-bit encrypted secure socket layer and so the customer information, transaction data, etc are secure and safe.

Top of the line Networking Technology
This system utilizes the utmost features and technologies of the Internet. One master server at your primary location can control and manage any number of locations you may have now or may add in the future. Use of a single master server system also helps to cut down the cost for having additional servers in multiple locations.
